I picked up Java a few days ago and he’s been such a loving, playful, and brave cat! Right off the bat we went on a 10-hour road trip back to our home in LA and he was a very calm and chill travel companion! After a day of being a bit reserved in the house, he came out and just wanted pets. He came litter box trained and has been using it without fail. He’s also curious about my dog and they’ve been developing their relationship. Can’t wait for more adventures together!
Lisa was attentive and helpful during the process, she answered all questions I had and together with Scott they arranged the perfect environment for me to meet the 3 cats/kittens on pickup day before deciding. Lisa and Scott are great cat parents, I would definitely recommend a kitten/cat from Baliwest!

We are extremely lucky we found Baliwest Cattery. Lisa really knows her Balinese kittens. When we were looking to add a kitten to our family Lisa answered all questions we had and we stay in touch with her to this day. We got a kitten earlier this year and he is now a year old. He really is a smart little guy, he likes to play with our senior dog and they chase each other all around the house all the time. He is really smart and curious. He likes to cuddle up with us. He is a playful and vocal kitty.

Ever since my youngest daughter was born and it was discovered at an early age that she was allergic to cats, we have been a catless family, destined to only have fish and hamsters. I love cats so much , especially Siamese, so this was a great loss for me. last year I did some research about (nearly) hypoallergenic cat breeds , and was thrilled when I found out that we could adopt a Balinese cat as they produce much less of the FelD1 protein in their saliva, which is what My daughter was reacting to as an allergic reaction to cats. My daughter instantly wanted a kitten, so we began the quest fonfind a Balinese kitten we all could enjoy. We came across Baliwest Cattery in Upper Lake and adopted a gorgeous, loving kitten we named Mickey Mouse. ( after a recent trip to Disneyland) He is over a year now and is the light of our lives. he has bonded with all of us us and is very outgoing loving and sweet. We couldn’t have found a better cat!
